What’s your return policy?

All unopened and unused products may be returned and processed within 30 days of receiving the order. If your products are opened they can be returned after 14 days with the original receipt. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Contact us with your order number and we’ll help you place the return.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you have received a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us and we’ll be sure to correct your order!

What is your shipping policy for returned items?
